Location: Must be based in LATAM (Honduras, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, or Venezuela). Work schedule must overlap with US business hours.
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month

What you will do
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors across energy and construction networks.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment operations and candidate pipelines end-to-end.
- Handle financial coordination, expense management, and CPA liaison for multiple entities.
- Oversee property management and real estate operations across three US states.
- Manage executive inbox and travel coordination for the founder.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Chief of Staff, Founders Associate, or Ops Lead in a seed-to-Series B startup.
- Proven track record of independently managing external vendors and contractors.
- Experience in financial coordination and budget tracking across multiple entities.
- Ability to build operational workflows and systems from scratch in unstructured environments.
- English: C1+ proficiency required for stakeholder communication.
- Location: Must be based in LATAM.

- Property management or real estate operations experience.
- Sector exposure in energy, construction, infrastructure, or logistics.
- Spanish/English bilingual capability.
