What you will do

• Investigate high-exposure third-party property damage and bodily injury claims across multiple states.
• Collaborate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors to determine liability and evaluate damages.
• Analyze and apply coverage for both routine and complex commercial trucking claims.
• Manage loss adjustment expenses and recommend appropriate reserves.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all correspondence and decisions in the claims system.
• Provide professional and timely reporting to clients.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Texas all lines license (with ability to secure reciprocal licenses in other states).
• Litigation experience is required.
• Prior experience with commercial trucking and transportation claims.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial transportation experience preferred.
• Strong report writing and time management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
