What you will do

• Supervise and mentor insurance tax team members, supporting their professional development.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development and practice growth.
• Serve as technical resource for insurance tax matters and conduct tax research.
• Oversee preparation and review of federal and state corporate insurance income tax returns.
• Support tax planning strategies and regulatory compliance for insurance clients.
• Stay current on insurance industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• Prior experience in Corporation Taxation & Insurance required.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in public accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage multiple projects.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
