Location: Must be based in or able to work from West Hollywood, San Francisco, or Palo Alto, California (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term Trust & Safety product strategy across the entire brand portfolio.
- Build and lead a central team of product managers to deliver scalable safety infrastructure and moderation tools.
- Champion the responsible application of AI, LLMs, and machine learning to improve detection quality and reduce friction.
- Translate complex global regulations like the EU Digital Services Act and UK Online Safety Act into concrete product roadmaps.
- Partner with executive leadership across Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy to align priorities and resolve cross-brand tradeoffs.
- Represent ’s safety efforts externally to build a clear and convincing public narrative.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in consumer technology, specifically in Trust & Safety, integrity, or adjacent domains.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Demonstrated success leading horizontal or multi-brand platform product work.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and machine learning in a product context.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead through influence across matrixed organizations.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in California.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating products following acquisitions.
- Familiarity with non-US safety regulations and cross-jurisdictional compliance.
- Deep understanding of T&S operations, case management, and moderation workflows.
