What you will do

• Perform daily bookkeeping and month-end reconciliations using QuickBooks and Intuit systems.
• Monitor daily cash flow and banking activities to prioritize payments and manage accounts payable.
• Coordinate with US Bank teams regarding pending transactions and rejected ACH debits.
• Provide daily financial reports and balance updates directly to the clinic owner.
• Support cash flow forecasting and strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Communicate with vendors to negotiate payment plans or manage delayed payments.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Intuit financial software.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, accounts payable, and using online banking platforms.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.
• Excellent communication skills for daily client interactions via video calls.
• Strong analytical skills for managing tight cash flow situations.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new financial tools.
