TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including activities, assignments, milestones, and delivery estimates.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, onboarding readiness, resource allocation, and transition activities across engineering, cloud, and DevOps teams.
  • Manage risks, issues, change control, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support workstream validation regarding scope, volumes, assumptions, and technical dependencies.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, software engineers, and customer points of contact to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Prepare detailed status reporting on completed activities, planned work, and milestones.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SCRUM or general Project Management methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of IT Architecture.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience working within a "one team" collaborative philosophy.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK

Nice to have

  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
