What you will do

• Support and track the successful delivery of change and BAU portfolios, working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Manage portfolio planning and reforecasting, including budgets, benefits, prioritisation, and resource modelling.
• Collaborate with finance teams to build and maintain robust business cases and track the realisation of benefits.
• Coordinate enterprise reporting, providing statistics for QBRs and fulfilling CIO information requests.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for change management tools, handling data remediation and functionality enhancements.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio while ensuring compliance with agreed governance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a change-related role.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Previous experience using a Portfolio Management tool.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in London or be able to work in a hybrid model in London, UK.
