What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's responsible sourcing, human rights, and sustainability strategy.
• Own key policies, including Human Rights Codes of Conduct and supplier engagement programmes.
• Manage supplier assurance programmes, including risk assessments, audits, and corrective action planning.
• Drive transparency and traceability across the supply chain to mitigate ethical and environmental risks.
• Collaborate with customers and industry stakeholders as the primary point of contact for responsible sourcing.
• Prepare ESG and sustainability performance reports for senior stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in responsible sourcing, ethical trade, sustainability, ESG, or procurement governance.
• Previous experience within food, beverage, FMCG, or agricultural supply chains.
• Deep understanding of human rights frameworks (UN Guiding Principles, ETI Base Code) and modern slavery requirements.
• Expertise in implementing supplier codes of conduct and due diligence frameworks.
• Working knowledge of sustainability certifications such as Rainforest Alliance or Fairtrade.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and suppliers.
