What you will do

• Lead the Customer Collaboration agenda for key accounts using data and platforms.
• Plan and chair monthly customer meetings (30-60-90/JSP) to align demand between the company and retailers.
• Drive improvements in Service Levels, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and Forecast Accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning for portfolio optimization and seasonality planning.
• Manage long-term forecasts and align volumes with sales and demand planning.

Requirements

• Proven supply chain experience within an FMCG environment.
• Experience working within a Customer Collaboration function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in statistical forecasting and demand planning.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must be based in London, UK and able to travel 20-30%.
