What you will do

• Partner with leadership to align project goals and priorities with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and manage day-to-day PMO activities.
• Direct the hirify.global NPDI Phase-Gate process to ensure delivery of market-relevant projects.
• Establish and own a comprehensive portfolio dashboard and standardized KPIs to drive strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement agile methodologies, processes, and governance across the business unit.
• Ensure all project artifacts and documentation meet internal and external audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical product development, engineering management, or project management.
• PMP or Agile (PMI-ACP, DASM, DAC) certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel 15-20% domestically and internationally.
• Availability to participate in global calls outside of normal working hours.
