What you will do

• Manage and govern multi-year B2B contracts and large-scale client engagements.
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams of approximately 100 people.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business needs to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the financial success and P&L of managed engagements.
• Integrate multiple service areas to provide seamless, end-to-end client solutions.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large teams (around 100 people) across large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of operations management and cost estimation.
• Experience in managing P&L for large-scale B2B contracts.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proven track record in long-term customer relationship management.
