What you will do

• Provide production support engineering for testing methods, procedures, and device specifications.
• Analyze device yield problems and perform minor redesigns of devices and masks.
• Conduct analysis of customer returns to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Manage supplier-related engineering changes to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Oversee device manufacturing operations following the transfer into high-volume production.
• Assist customers with complex device usage and testing problems.

Requirements

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Baccalaureate degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years, OR a PhD.
• Experience in technical functions advancing existing technology or introducing new therapies.
• Proven ability to work independently under limited supervision to develop solutions.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and review the work of lower-level professionals.
