Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Implement and improve testing, development, and validation techniques to maximize product quality.
• Resolve design and manufacturing issues to ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive the adoption of automation, robotics, and CAM software to achieve greater efficiency and cost reduction.
• Plan and optimize testing procedures to make them more reliable and cost-effective.
• Monitor machine performance, process capabilities, and reliability.
• Provide technical EOL testing guidance to global engineering and supplier partner teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive expertise in quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.
• Strong analytical thinking for root cause analysis and resolving organizational problems.
• Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing product testing strategies.
• Advanced diagnostic skills for troubleshooting equipment and system problems in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to report on-site 5 days per week in Mossville, IL.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
