What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the end-to-end digital marketing estate across web, CRM, SEO, and analytics.
- Direct the management and optimization of an enterprise-scale website built in Optimizely and its connecting technologies.
- Lead CRM and email marketing automation strategies to support acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Set the strategy for organic visibility and paid media to drive demand generation and measurable ROI.
- Establish a measurement framework and reporting capability to demonstrate the commercial impact of digital marketing.
- Lead and develop four pillar managers and provide indirect supervision to a shared services hub of approximately five people.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing at a senior level within complex global or matrixed organizations.
- Deep technical expertise in enterprise CMS/DXP, with Optimizely experience being essential.
- Strong command of CRM, email automation, SEO, paid performance marketing, and digital analytics.
- Proven success in managing other managers and holding leadership teams accountable for delivery.
- Experience in a B2B, professional services, or assurance/certification environment.
- Proficiency with analytics and data tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
