TL;DR

Optimisation Manager (Marketing): Owning and delivering the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap for consumer services with an accent on conversion rate performance and personalisation. Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: 40% office-based)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end optimisation strategy and testing roadmap.
  • Enhance personalisation capabilities to deliver relevant customer experiences.
  • Monitor conversion rate performance across commercial journeys and report to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly customer journey mapping sessions to identify pain points and improvement areas.
  • Manage technical delivery of tests through agile processes.
  • Analyze customer behavior using heatmapping and session replay tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in a CRO, Optimisation, Personalisation, or E-commerce role.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and testing feature releases.
  • Highly numerate with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with analytics and session replay tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity (40% office-based).
