Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided). Core business hours: 8am – 8pm EST.
Salary: $59,700 - $84,300

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders via inbound phone and email inquiries.
- Educate participants on equity compensation plans (RSUs, options, ESPPs) and their link to financial wellness goals.
- Simplify complex topics such as vesting, taxation, and exercise options into actionable guidance.
- Manage equity-related transactions, including account setup, ESPP enrollment, and trade execution.
- Ensure full compliance with FINRA, SEC, and company regulatory standards across all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex shareholder inquiries and improve operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications are required.
- Ability to obtain Series 65 (or 66) within corporate-established timelines.
- CEP® Level 1 required or must be completed within 6–12 months of hire.
- 1–2 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or a related role.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no CPT/OPT).
Nice to have
- Experience in stock plan administration or equity plan consulting.
- Background in financial call centers supporting stock plan participants.
- Proven ability to explain complex financial concepts to individuals with varying literacy levels.
- Success in identifying and implementing process improvements.
