What you will do
- Manage communications and act as the primary liaison for an assigned book of clients.
- Oversee equity plan administration, including setup, maintenance, and transaction reconciliation.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, including period-end reports and SEC disclosures.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise on equity plans, cap tables, and ESPPs.
- Advise clients on M&A implications and equity plan accounting treatments.
- Support auditors with methodology and calculation requests for financial and tax reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or financial services.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
- Proven leadership experience in financial operations or outsourced services.
- Ability to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
Nice to have
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Deep understanding of equity compensation administration platforms and reporting systems.
- Experience with operational procedure development.
