What you will do

• Manage communications and act as the primary liaison for an assigned book of clients.
• Oversee equity plan administration, including setup, maintenance, and transaction reconciliation.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, including period-end reports and SEC disclosures.
• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise on equity plans, cap tables, and ESPPs.
• Advise clients on M&A implications and equity plan accounting treatments.
• Support auditors with methodology and calculation requests for financial and tax reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or financial services.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
• Proven leadership experience in financial operations or outsourced services.
• Ability to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.

Nice to have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Deep understanding of equity compensation administration platforms and reporting systems.
• Experience with operational procedure development.
