What you will do

• Manage the delivery and overall maintenance of IRT systems for randomization and drug supply.
• Design study data integration specifications between IRT systems and other eClinical solutions.
• Lead system change controls during the maintenance phase and create comprehensive data review plans.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex support issues, troubleshooting and identifying root causes.
• Develop system training materials, including manuals, walkthrough videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback based on client requests for new feature development.

Requirements
