What you will do

• Act as the primary solution architect and trusted advisor for Fortune 1000 clients to align business goals with product capabilities.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, managing cross-product dependencies and establishing design governance via Design Council meetings.
• Execute S2V (Strategy to Value) inspections to track Value of Implementation (VOI) metrics and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with the Product team to drive high-value product enhancements based on strategic client requirements.
• Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of Design Consultants and Senior Design Consultants, overseeing their performance and career growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, professional services, or ERP consulting.
• Deep subject matter expertise in OTC (Order-to-Cash) or R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end SaaS or ERP implementations from scoping through go-live.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts including Receivables, Payables, Financial Close, and Consolidation Reporting.
• Experience with financial modules in major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday.
• Willingness to travel on-site (up to 20%) to facilitate training and attend steering committee meetings.
