What you will do

• Manage complex projects and multiple parallel customer engagements.
• Maintain project data, planning, and forecasting in Projector.
• Oversee all project phases from pre-sales through implementation to operational support.
• Provide a single point of accountability for project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Manage project resources, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Project management qualification (Prince2 Practitioner or PMP).
• Experience in large enterprise organizations delivering business applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management styles.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP projects (Microsoft Business Central).
• Experience with CRM/Workflow projects (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience using Projector or other Professional Services automation tools.
