What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across the Legal & Public Affairs (LPA) function.
• Analyze current-state processes and design scalable future-state solutions to optimize legal service delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize legal technology, including CLM, matter management, and workflow automation.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving to deliver measurable business improvements.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, and success measures from scoping through implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and build relationships with senior stakeholders to align requirements and resolve complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, Legal Engineering, or Legal Transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong capability in process design and structured problem-solving.
• Experience implementing legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, legal intake, knowledge management).
• Practical understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, and their application to legal workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
