What you will do

• Own the front door process for all incoming creative briefs, validating scope, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain a live, accurate picture of team capacity and allocate resources based on skills and workload.
• Flag capacity issues and delivery risks proactively to leadership.
• Champion consistent studio processes and call out deviations to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage freelance and contract resources, including onboarding and compliance administration.
• Handle financial administration, including tracking costs, raising POs, and reconciling spend.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Considerable experience in studio management, traffic management, or senior production coordination.
• Proven ability to manage resource allocation across a multi-disciplinary creative team.
• Experience gatekeeping work intake and managing brief quality.
• Strong financial administration skills including PO management and spend reconciliation.
• Experience with resourcing and workflow management tools.

Nice to have

• Background in a telecoms, media, or large B2C organization.
• Familiarity with IR35 status determination processes.
• Involvement in studio consolidation or operational change programs.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMQ).
