What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex projects and process improvement initiatives from inception to completion.
• Independently define project scope, objectives, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align objectives.
• Utilize data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on IT infrastructure, network components, and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and project governance meetings.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or program delivery.
• Proven experience in data-driven initiatives, including analytics and data transformation projects.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, or digital transformation environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
