What you will do

• Serve as the site subject matter expert for welding, fabrication, and ASME code compliance.
• Develop and maintain fabrication processes, welding procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Manage training and certification programs for welders, fabricators, and NDT personnel.
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure fabrication goals are met.
• Support internal auditing programs and manage ASME accreditation and surveillance audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in welding, fabrication, or quality.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification (or ability to obtain it).
• Working knowledge of ASME Sections I, IV, VIII, IX, and HLW requirements.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI for performance analysis.

Nice to have

• Degree specifically in Welding or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
• Background in lean manufacturing or operational excellence initiatives.
• Advanced data analytics experience using Power BI.
