Data & AI Product Delivery Lead (R&D & Medical)

Location: Cambridge, United States

Annual base salary: $150,000–$210,000, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Global Data & AI, R&D, Medical, and GDIT business partners.
• Create strategic roadmaps and manage the portfolio of Data & AI initiatives.
• Lead initiatives from demand discovery and requirements definition through MVP development, scaling, operations, and handover.
• Translate business needs into data requirements, product specifications, architecture options, and delivery plans.
• Build cross-functional teams and oversee delivery quality, budget, timelines, security, compliance, and value realization.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science, computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data initiative products and enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Experience with R&D and Medical data transformation in the pharmaceutical industry, project and portfolio management, Agile methods, and software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of data analysis and management, including SQL, Python, AI, machine learning, software engineering, cloud platforms, and technical architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Jira, Confluence, UX/UI design, and solution design.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and Microsoft 365.
