What you will do

• Lead project management and delivery of FEA models for full vehicle programs to ensure first-time quality and on-time delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to automate CAE modeling and simulation workflows, including meshing and post-processing.
• Manage and leverage globally distributed teams for model builds and coordinate with cross-functional performance and program teams.
• Perform robust root cause and preventive action analysis using 5-Why principles to improve CAD inputs and model quality.
• Develop detailed build plans and statements of requirements (SoR) for each modeling event.
• Collaborate with data science teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Physics.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Virtual engineering (CAE, Design, Validation, or AI/ML).
• Proficiency with CAE/CAD tools such as ANSA, Hypermesh, LS-DYNA, Optistruct/NASTRAN, Abaqus, and Siemens NX/Catia.
• Knowledge of vehicle development processes and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Strong communication and disciplined problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• DFSS black belt or similar certification.
• 10+ years of experience in Virtual engineering.
• Hands-on experience in full vehicle Safety, NVH, or Subsystem analysis.
• Foundational experience in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Master's qualification in Engineering, Data Science, or an MBA.
