TL;DR

Key Account Manager (SaaS/CDP): Managing a portfolio of B2C retail clients to drive retention and identify revenue growth opportunities with an accent on strategic account expansion and client success. Focus on leveraging AI tools and CDP data to maximize client value and navigate commercial discussions with decision-makers.

Location: Hybrid in Espoo, Finland. Must be based in or be able to work from Espoo (weekly on-site attendance required) and be open to frequent travel to Germany and the rest of Europe.

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, building lasting relationships to ensure success and retention.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through strategic account expansion and upselling.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments and decision-makers to introduce high-value features and use cases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to influence product development based on client insights.
  • Analyze client needs and growth opportunities to deliver tailored software solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in key account management and sales.
  • Proven track record of increasing client revenue and driving satisfaction.
  • Exceptional skills in the usage of AI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset.
  • Technical aptitude to understand software data flows and collaborate with developers.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Finnish.
  • Familiarity with the DACH e-commerce ecosystem.
