Location: Serbia (Hybrid or Remote)
Compensation: €45,000 – €70,000 gross annually

What you will do
- Manage and expand an existing SME book of business, focusing on up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Nurture long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive client retention.
- Align product features with client needs to maximize the value of the Vivid platform.
- Forecast and report on the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Aircall.
- Negotiate and structure complex pricing models for designated accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and improve user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
- Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal) is required.
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Aircall.
- Must be based in Serbia.
- Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of KYB, AML, and risk mitigation.
- Deep understanding of the DACH market specifications.
- Proficiency in using AI tools.
