TL;DR

Location: Serbia (Hybrid or Remote)

Compensation: €45,000 – €70,000 gross annually

hirify.global is an AI-native financial platform providing multi-currency accounts and treasury products for SMEs and individuals across Europe.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand an existing SME book of business, focusing on up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive client retention.
  • Align product features with client needs to maximize the value of the Vivid platform.
  • Forecast and report on the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Aircall.
  • Negotiate and structure complex pricing models for designated accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to act as the voice of the customer and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal) is required.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Aircall.
  • Must be based in Serbia.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of KYB, AML, and risk mitigation.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market specifications.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools.
