What you will do

• Own the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, delivering shared primitives and features across the product suite.
• Translate complex customer needs into prioritized goals and high-quality execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify platform leverage and build intuitive, agentic experiences.
• Drive AI-first product redesigns, including defining model evaluation criteria and managing agent-led workflows.
• Influence and align multiple squads without direct authority to drive clarity across complex stakeholder sets.
• Help define and shape the product team culture as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a platform or horizontal role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated track record of building shared primitives or capabilities adopted by multiple teams.
• Technical depth with comfort in backend infrastructure, API standards, and data model decisions.
• Experience driving AI-first product redesigns and defining model evaluation criteria.
• Experience working with enterprise customer segments (10K+ employees).
• Must be based in the U.S.
