Manufacturing Supervisor (Overnight)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite overnight shift from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule; requires extended standing, hands-on production oversight, lifting or moving up to 25 lbs, and prolonged use of cleanroom attire.

Salary: $59,200–$100,800 annual base pay. Additional discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term incentive eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Assign and direct daily work across manufacturing lines to achieve safety, quality, and output goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO 13485, GDP, and internal quality standards while improving visibility and control of quality metrics.
• Lead investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action implementation.
• Monitor and report output, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and schedule-attainment metrics.
• Manage material flow, equipment availability, labor utilization, TPM activities, onboarding, training, and ongoing qualifications.
• Drive lean practices including 5S, Kaizen, standard work, and data-driven improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead teams, assign work, and enforce accountability.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training associates.
• Ability to balance technical problem-solving with people leadership.
• Knowledge and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant course of study. Candidates with substantial manufacturing leadership experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.
