Production Supervisor - Melts Area

Location: US - WV - Parkersburg; Washington Works facility in Washington, WV. Onsite role.

Annual pay range: $85,801–$134,064 USD, with a 6% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead shift teams in the Melts area, maintaining personal safety, process safety, environmental performance, uptime, quality, and cost goals.
• Assign tasks, manage workflow, and monitor the quality of shift-team work.
• Coach shift personnel to support individual and team growth.
• Communicate with area management and the Melts supply chain.
• Lead Daily Management and other components of the hirify.global Business System.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Manufacturing Technical, Supply Chain, and Reliability Engineering personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience working in PSM high-hazard operations.
• Experience as a detail supervisor or in another supervisory position.
• SAP PM experience.
• SAP Operations experience.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Continuous improvement experience, including problem solving or DuPont Production System ITF membership.
• Previous leadership or detail supervision experience.
• Operating experience with highly toxic materials such as fluorine, PFIB, or HFP.
