What you will do

• Advise executives on complex cross-border HR legal matters and draft international employment contracts.
• Manage executive recruitment processes from job posting and collaboration with search firms to onboarding.
• Lead functional placement and succession management conferences with top executives.
• Prepare and represent HR topics for key governance bodies, such as the Corporate Spokespersons’ Committee and Supervisory Boards.
• Drive strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives at the segment and Group level.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, law, international management, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex international corporate environment.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders up to top management level.
• Strong knowledge of performance, compensation, talent, and succession management.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level), including strong negotiation proficiency.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
