What you will do

  • Lead the People function across Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan as the strategic HR partner for business leadership.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle for 100+ employees, including workforce planning, hiring, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with global objectives while adapting to local labor legislation.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues to ensure a positive and compliant environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies across the region while mitigating people-related risks.
  • Drive HR process optimization and digitalization, and manage compensation, promotions, and performance review cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner/People Partner owning employee lifecycle and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and ability to ensure compliance in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
  • Experience managing compensation, promotions, and performance review cycles.
  • Ability to lead onboarding, integration, and adaptation programs.
  • Experience driving HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
