Director, Cyber Risk Practice (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and lead Cyber Risk Management and Cyber Resilience advisory engagements for enterprise and financial services clients.
• Assess cyber and fraud risk ecosystems across people, processes, technology, data, and third-party dependencies.
• Develop risk frameworks, assessment methodologies, transformation roadmaps, and industry-specific consulting propositions.
• Advise senior executives, regulators, and boards on cyber threats, operational resilience, governance, digital identity, AI risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and scale advisory offerings across Cyber Risk, Third-Party Risk, Digital Trust, and AI Risk Governance.
• Partner with sales, account, product, technology, and data teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive consulting revenue.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA.
• Proven experience leading Cyber Risk consulting and advisory engagements for large enterprises, financial institutions, fintechs, or technology organizations.
• Experience with cyber risk assessments, maturity reviews, security strategy, and risk transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and SWIFT CSCF.
• Experience advising senior executives on cyber risk management, operational resilience, governance, and strategic security investments.
• Experience supporting client relationships, solution development, proposals, business development, and consulting revenue objectives.
