Proposal/Business Development Specialist (AdTech)

Location: Remote; fully remote work from anywhere. Listed locations include Brazil, Poland, Portugal, and Estonia.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and create tailored proposals aligned with client needs.
• Write, refine, and optimize proposal content for clarity, positioning, and brand consistency.
• Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients.
• Track proposal activity, response rates, and daily output while analyzing data to improve conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with developers and provide management with pipeline reports and insights.

Requirements

• Experience in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong English writing skills at minimum B2 to C1 level.
• Experience with client acquisition, outreach, lead drafting, data collection, analysis, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

• A degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
• Technical writing experience or experience working alongside developers.
• Interest in technology and digital products.
