Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - APAC

What you will do

• Build and execute regional talent strategies for high-performing teams across APAC.
• Develop proactive pipelines and engage passive candidates through sourcing channels and industry networks.
• Advise hiring leaders and collaborate with executive stakeholders, Finance, HR business partners, and compensation teams.
• Use automated AI agents, generative tools, and LLMs to optimize sourcing and administrative workflows.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source efficiency, to guide talent strategy and operational decisions.
• Negotiate with candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and regional market expertise.
• Ability to solve complex organizational problems independently and anticipate hiring bottlenecks.
• Strong negotiation, candidate-closing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing environments, automated workflows, LLMs, complex Boolean logic, and market mapping.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on clear communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Singapore.
