What you will do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for semiconductor, engineering, and technology roles.
- Source and engage passive technical candidates through LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct semiconductor and technical talent-market mapping and provide insights on availability, trends, and talent movements.
- Manage recruitment channels including direct applications, referrals, campus engagement, agencies, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess technical capabilities, role suitability, team fit, and cultural alignment.
- Use market intelligence and recruitment technology to advise on hiring decisions, strengthen employer branding, and improve TA processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for semiconductor, chip design, electronics, equipment, engineering, or technology functions.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor and technical talent markets, talent pools, and hiring dynamics.
- Experience with regional or international recruitment, preferably across multiple Asian markets.
- Strong hands-on sourcing, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter or Talent Insights, and other recruitment technologies.
Nice to have
- In-house and recruitment-agency experience.
- Experience in AI, semiconductor, data center, or blockchain industries.
