What you will do

• Facilitate live virtual and in-person onboarding and enablement sessions across different regions.
• Design and author session content based on adult-learning science and the AGES model.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling and cohort management across multiple time zones.
• Measure learning impact through feedback loops and translate data into program improvements.
• Expand facilitation scope into manager enablement and other People programs as the company scales.
• Operate AI-native by using AI tools to draft, personalize, and refresh learning content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience facilitating live learning for adult professionals in virtual and in-person settings.
• Proven experience in end-to-end program ownership, from objective setting to delivery and iteration.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills across various stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for audiences from new hires to senior leaders.
• Comfort with adopting and building with AI tools in daily professional work.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with onboarding programs at high-growth technology companies.
• Background in facilitating leadership or manager enablement programs.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning, other LMS, or SCORM authoring tools.
• Academic background in learning science or instructional design.
