What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities for National Platforms' projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of architects, engineers, contractors, and scientists.
• Assist in the preparation of SAL/SIL reports regarding construction works.
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
• Manage project material submittals and maintain approval records at the site.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and emergencies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Milan, Italy.
• Language: Fluent Italian and good English required.
• Technical Diploma (Geometra or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medium and large-scale construction.
• Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) plants.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• University Degree in Civil Construction or Plant Engineering.
• Knowledge of BIM platforms.
• Prior experience in developing research institutes, universities, or hospitals.
• Knowledge of Italian public procurement contract laws (Codice Appalti D.Lgs. 36/2023).
