What you will do

• Lead the development of the Turin Ponte Mosca project from planning through to opening day.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and project partners to ensure timely progress.
• Review designs, budgets, timelines, and construction progress to maintain high quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian municipalities and local authorities.
• Support new acquisitions by assessing technical opportunities and development potential.
• Partner with operations and interior design teams to implement the brand experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate development or construction management.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or another technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex projects from concept through completion.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting and cost management.
• Professional fluency in English and Italian.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality or mixed-use development.
