What you will do

• Instruct assigned pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses according to the course plan.
• Engage students both in the classroom and online by providing real-world examples and answering questions.
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology to conduct online instruction.
• Recommend success strategies and assist students in meeting their course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina real estate license (salesperson or broker) is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• State approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses.
• Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom in Charlotte and via Zoom.
• Technical requirements: Computer with HD camera, microphone, and a quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet.
• Flexibility to teach evening and weekend classes.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous instruction and/or training experience.
