Location: Must live within 30 miles of Manchester, NH or be open to relocating there. Requires own transportation for heavy travel (up to 80%) in New England, PA, and WV.

What you will do

• Facilitate high-quality professional development and on-site product training for teachers and administrators.
• Provide tailored support for lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis to improve classroom learning.
• Implement Ready and i-Ready programs to ensure equitable learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify implementation successes and challenges.
• Track and submit detailed training notes and complete assignments promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ELA or Reading.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, or providing professional development in ELA/Reading.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Grades K-8.
• Fluency with digital assessment tools and data application.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation for extensive travel.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in ELA or Reading.
• Knowledge of online meeting programs such as Zoom or WebEx.
