What you will do

• Design and co-create an AI-powered QC infrastructure utilizing reusable frameworks and systematic templates.
• Manage relationships with third-party inspection providers, labs, and factories to ensure consistent execution.
• Execute QC operations, including functional testing, visual inspections, and verification of product specifications.
• Document quality issues, classify defects by severity, and make final accept/reject decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to drive quality improvements and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and comprehensive QC documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of quality control experience, preferably with hardline products.
• Systems design mindset to build end-to-end QC infrastructure, including data flows and tooling.
• Ability to create systematic, reusable solutions such as playbooks and checklists.
• Technical background with the ability to work effectively with AI systems in an operational context.
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and metric-driven prioritization.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work independently.
