What you will do

• Lead material compliance testing and coordinate activities across multiple functions.
• Review substance test reports to justify material compliance and address potential risks.
• Manage and mentor team members and newcomers on testing procedures.
• Oversee equipment calibration and gage R&R across the supply chain.
• Perform due diligence management within the supplier chain.
• Track new legislation and develop corresponding material testing protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for REACH, RoHS, EU POPs, and USA EPA TSCA.
• Experience identifying high-risk substances and components in electronic products.
• Understanding of materials testing methods such as XRF, FTIR, and GC/LC MS.
• English: Good writing and reading proficiency required.
