What you will do

• Support procurement strategy by establishing a capable supply base across various business units.
• Conduct on-site audits and risk assessments to ensure stable manufacturing processes at supplier sites.
• Lead technical reviews and manage material qualification processes, including PPAP, for new products and second sources.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks by developing and implementing get-well plans.
• Collaborate with plant quality engineers to resolve legacy design or quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards and summarize lessons learned from production incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology.
• 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production techniques, specifically molding, stamping, plating, casting, or electronics.
• Proficiency in Automotive-5-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC) and IATF16949 standards.
• Proficient English (minimum 75% fluency) for cross-region communication.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• VDA certification.
• Experience in Supplier Quality, Process Engineering, or Customer Quality roles.
