What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance product yield, quality metrics, and test efficiency.
• Perform root cause failure analysis and data-driven problem solving for product issues.
• Manage product excursions from initial identification through to final resolution.
• Support new product launches, material qualifications, and test process changes.
• Identify and implement solutions to reduce manufacturing costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• English proficiency: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with hard disk technology or software development skills.
• Must be based in Wuxi, China.
