What you will do

• Serve as primary Technical Engineer for Final Finish, Test, and Post-Cure processes, owning technical standards and performance.
• Lead technical scope and FAT/SAT readiness for capital projects in FF/Test domains.
• Support supplier qualification and value engineering for inspection and finishing equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex FF/Test quality issues in the region.
• Interface with Global Engineering for process alignment and provide cross-process coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Manufacturing support and supplier interaction experience.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Kunshan, China.

Nice to have

• Experience in Final Finish, Testing, or Post-Cure processes.
