Senior Product Manager (AI): Leading the reinvention of Asana's Resource Management product into a proactive, agentic platform with an accent on AI Teammates and global capacity planning. Location: Must be based in the New York office (office-centric hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office)
Salary: $265,000 - $273,500 base

What you will do
- Drive product strategy and roadmap to transition Resource Management from a reactive tool into a proactive, agentic platform.
- Validate the market opportunity for RM as a potential standalone enterprise commercial offering, including positioning and monetization.
- Design and deploy AI-driven capabilities, such as AI Teammates, to monitor utilization and predict staffing risks.
- Own the Enterprise Client Management tier, delivering high-scale capabilities for large consulting and professional services firms.
- Collaborate with the SMB Client Management lead to ensure feature scalability across multiple market segments.
- Partner with Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to ship scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Senior Product Management experience scaling sophisticated B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise work management tools.
- Deep structural understanding of enterprise operations, resource planning, utilization reporting, or skills-based staffing.
- Strong strategic thinking for navigating open-ended market questions and commercial pricing strategies.
- Technical mindset comfortable with engineering architecture to design proactive agentic systems and AI automation.
- Must be based in New York to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
