What you will do

• Lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment direction, overseeing strategy, delivery quality, and performance across regions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Delivery, and Sales, to align hiring priorities with business objectives.
• Coach and develop a global team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers.
• Design and implement scalable technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance.
• Drive technical workforce planning, capacity management, and proactive talent pipeline strategies.
• Provide leadership and escalation support for complex or high-risk technical hiring situations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading IT recruitment in international or service-based environments.
• Proven ability to manage expectations of senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
• Experience building or transforming technical recruitment operating models.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
• English: C1 level or higher required.
