What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate evaluation criteria.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using market research and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidate communications and engagement to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in internal systems for reliable reporting and compliance.
• Apply corporate recruitment standards and policies to maintain operational quality.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment delivery.
• Practical experience with proactive sourcing and market research specifically in Ukraine.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing recruitment data.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and candidate management.
• English: Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
